02Is any technical background required?
No. The content, pace and exercises are adapted to existing knowledge. The formats are suitable both for beginners and for teams that already have some experience with ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
03Which topics do you cover?
Possible areas of focus include generative AI, ChatGPT, prompting, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, safe use, AI strategy and identifying specific use cases. The selection depends on your goals.
04Who is the training designed for?
For leaders, specialist departments, project teams and employees who want to understand AI and use it productively. Content and examples are adapted to each role, industry and work context.
05Is the training available online or on-site?
Both are possible. Training can take place online via Microsoft Teams or on-site at your company. We agree on the most suitable format during the introductory call.
06How much does AI training cost, and how can I request it?
The Generative AI Workshop, ChatGPT Training & Prompting at Work and Microsoft Copilot Workshop each cost €3,500 net as a one-day introductory course for up to 20 participants. Preparation, delivery, digital materials and one shared 60-minute online Q&A session within the first two weeks afterwards are included. AI agent workshops and other formats are quoted individually.
